kiwidutch February 8, 2011 / 8:25 am “Serene” is the word that instantly springs to mind. The blanket of snow brings stillness and I can imagine, at first light, an eerie quiet.
Gerry February 8, 2011 / 4:35 pm It is pretty isn’t it! I believe I’ll go set fire to some more chunks of maple.
milkayphoto February 8, 2011 / 4:45 pm It really is. I never got the chance to photo it when our trees looked like this. We went from snow and then to rain with nothing in between. I am soooo tired of winter!
kanniduba February 8, 2011 / 5:11 pm It was so beautiful this morning and I was feeling so magnanimous. And then I had to go pick up Big Girl at school. The cold wind whipped icy cold snow into my face and all magnanimity was lost. I swore, and then I nearly cried for frustration. Damnable winter!!!!
