We would’ve lost a lot of square footage building alongside it, so I wanted to build around it. Zan looked at me like I was crazy at first, but then thought it might be kind of cool. We’ll see how it looks when it’s done…*crossing fingers*
The tree gives a TON of shade.
You know, when we moved in ten years ago, I could put my two hands around that tree. It was *maybe* six inches in diameter, and short. It has grown SO much in ten years! It will need a good trim once the deck is in or we’ll be whacking ourselves into branches!
