I recognise THAT sort look LOL! In our Little Mr. It’s called the “hidden cheeky” and it’s typical four-year-old charm.
This photo is beautifully composed, wonderfully sharp in all the right places and brilliantly captures the spontaneity of the moment as well as the character of the child.
My advice? Get it enlarged and frame it quick!
Then you and everyone who visits your home can enjoy it every day.
Thanks so much Scott! My flash is growing on me already, I will begrudgingly admit.
But the danged jargon gets me all confuzzled! I think it’s the math of it. They start talking numbers and fractions and powers and my head starts to spin. I think I’ll wind up doing it the way I’ve learned everything….trial and error and instinct.
Awesome shot!! π
Thanks Tracy! π

Flash? What flash? (said in Indiana Jones’ voice)
Don’t let all the technical jargon confuse you. The goal is still to capture the best photo possible just as you have done here.
Yay!!!

Good instincts! (Good subjects, too.)
