Did somebody ask for a recipe?

Okay…pocket potatoes…you can add anything you want, but here’s what I do.

Spray your foil with Pam.  (Oh, darn, didn’t have Pam so had to use a whole lotta butter!)

Proceed as follows:

Step 5

Step 7

Step 8

Step 9

Step 10

Step 11

Throw it on the grill for about 40 minutes or so, and voila!

Ready

    Oh, wow! I had never looked at Pioneer Woman’s cooking section before! I had to go take a peek to see what you meant…that’s too funny! It looks like I’ve been stealing ideas. She’s obviously much more organized than I am though, what with the ingredients all laid out and step by step directions! I may have to steal her ideas after all! 😉
